Shipping and payment

We dispatch any orders within 24 hours of order placement or on the following business day through the DPD parcel service. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your goods at our branch. Any goods on offer are in stock.

When placing your order, please select the delivery and payment methods:

Cash on delivery CZK 148 – DPD
Collecting your goods in person at our branch carries no charge – Payment in cash / by card
Orders over CZK 1,000 qualify for free delivery (including cash on delivery)

We deliver only within the Czech Republic

Electronic registration of sales (EET) is carried out in the STANDARD (i.e. online) REGIME. Under the Sales Registration Act, the seller has the obligation to issue the customer with a receipt. At the same time, the seller must register the transaction online with the financial authority or, should there be a technical failure, within 48 hours.

Where goods are dispatched via the DPD parcel service and cash on delivery has been chosen as the payment method, we send the proof of purchase of the goods (the invoice) to your e-mail address once you have accepted the goods from the carrier.
